When you send inquiry, please kindly send your company and contact information. So, we can recommend appropriate products to you. We are also looking for serious and professional partners. So, we can provide more professional services.
 
2. Payment 
a. T/T ,Paypal,Money gram,West union in advance  for the following:
1）. new customer
2）. small order or sample order
3）. air shipment
b. Deposit 50% or 30%, then T/T rest before shipment, for reliable customer
c. Irrevocable L/C at sight, for old customers and volume orders.

3. Warranty
 Two years Warranty for all of our Frameset,handlebarset and other parts;

 One year Warranty for Wheels.

4. How To Place Order 
a. Select product
b. Send us an online enquiry or by email
c. We quote and prepare samples if naecessary
d. You confirm the samples and send a Purchase order
e. We send you proforma invoice with shipping cost.
f. Confirmed the PI and Done the Payment,
g. After received the payment bank slip then we arrange production and shipping accordingly.
h. Delivery.

5. How To Protect Exclusive Rights Of Our Partners
Our goal is establishing long term relations with our customers, so we try our best to keep exclusive rights of long term our partners. 

6.Shipment 

 If we have in stock about your item, we will send it within 2 work days after you have payment.If we don’t have in stock, we need 7-15 work days to finish your order and then ship to you.

We usually deliver goods by EMS, Which just need about 6-10 work days could arrival major country.

For volume order, sea cargo is the best choice. You can also assign the forwarder to make the transportation.

7. Do You Offer OEM or ODM
